FAQs

What is Paintless Dent Repair?

Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), is a method of removing dents and dings and Hail damage without doing traditional Bodywork the vehicle. This is done by very patiently massaging the dent out from the back of the panel, or sometimes from the front using specialized tools.

What are the benefits of Paintless Dent Repair?

The most important benefit is quality. Done correctly this method is the closest you can get to the damage never happening in the first place. No grinding, no Bondo/fillers, no painting is needed! How is his possible? Your original factory paint is never disturbed with a paintless repair. With most minor dents cost is also a major benefit of Paintless Dent Repair too. Time savings is yet another advantage. Minor dents can often be fixed in less than an hour. A body shop could potentially take 3 – 5 days or longer. Not to mention the paintless repair method its a environmentally friendly alternative.

Will my paint be damaged?

No. Today’s factory paints are very flexible and will not be damaged in any way by this process. Paintless Dent Repair is the only way to repair a dent and still keep your factory paint.

Will my dents be 100% gone?

On minor dents, I give a satisfaction guarantee. The deeper Larger dens are more difficult it is to repair. But once I’m done. Most people are amazed at the results. I always answer and explain all questions before the work is started.

Will my dents come back?

Absolutely not. Once a dent has been removed properly with Paintless Dent Repair. It never comes back.

Can Paintless Dent Repair help me with my LEASE RETURN or vehicle trade in?

It sure can! I can remove those dents for a lot less than you will be charged for “excessive wear and tear on your vehicle’s exterior.” If your lease is up soon, give me a call you’ll be glad you did.

Did you know that your Vehicle lease turn in & or Vehicle trade in are always subject to a Carfax report?

What is Carfax?

Once your vehicle goes through the Insurance claim process and is repaired at a body shop. Your repair is reported to CarFax. It’s a detailed history report about your vehicle. A dealer & or smart buyer will run a “vehicle history report”. This can jeopardize the sale value significantly. With paintless dent removal, your vehicle maintains it’s factory finish and the repair isn’t shown on a vehicle history report. In other words, no evidence is shown on either paper work or your vehicle’s finish.

But what if I pay out of pocket for my paint repair?

Conventional paint repairs even if not reported can be detected at vehicle trade in or lease turn in. Most dealers and private sales lots will inspect your vehicle with a paint depth gauge. Some paint repairs are quite obvious. in other words… If its been repainted they may detect it and your resale value could be affected.

I’ve got lots of dents, do you have a discount for more than one dent?

Yes, I offer discounts for multiple dents. If you have more than one dent on a panel, I can generally include those dents for a little extra, depending on the sizes and number of dents. If your car has a multiple dents, I can offer a per car price.
